The line work is well defined but I'm not sure about the tattoo. It just looks a little flat and doesn't look as though it is actually sitting into the skin. The length of the arm with the strips also looks a little odd.

I'm afraid there isn't a lot I can commend about this. Proportion wise you seem to know what you're doing but there's a lot of isues with width and volume, especially looking at the size of the head in relation to the rest of the body. The muscles in the neck don't seem to click together as they should given the way her head has turned and the limbs have this rubbery look to them. The top of the head could also do with a bit more volume as well.
Keep trying, though. You'll improve the more you practice life drawing and figure studies. :)
